I was very pleased with the manual I got for my amateur (ham) radio. Without it I could not figure out how to input and/or change the P/L setting on my radio. It drove me nuts as the radio was essentially useless. That all changed when my manual came. Then it took only minutes and I was done. Now my radio works fine. 3-12. AMPLIFIER OPERATION.
3-13. The Model 412A/AR DC Amplifier Output may be used to drive devices such as an analog recorder to provide a permanent record of measurements. Output level is 1 .O volt
at full scale; maximum rated load current is 1 .O mA. Load currents in excess of 1.0 mA (less than 1000 ohms load resistance) may cause errors in meter indication and amplifier gain. Amplifier gain is from +lo00 on the ,001 range to -1000 on the loo0 range.
